It’s been the first word that has come through our heads for days.
But let’s start at the very beginning … this travel blog about the Egypt Kitecamp 2020 is a review of the last few weeks and is divided into several parts, as the story around it is a bit unusual (at least for us). The parts are divided as follows:

The weekend is Easter, the weather is forecast nicely, only the wind is missing (currently) for Sunday. But sitting around is also nothing – so we clean up the beach a bit and see if we can find some Easter eggs with you by chance ;-).
Phew … were your last 2 weeks so quickly over and packed with experiences, people and fantastic weather?
Here at the Loissin campsite at kitesafe.de it definitely seemed like that to us: a snap of the finger and the long weekends were over. And today the last Whitsun guests started heading home, clearing the way for new students and lots of guests. And for: MIDSUMMER!
Because on Friday is the longest day of the year – the sun does not set until 9:43 pm, it is always light and the temperatures invite you … to grill and chill with our Midsummer Laberfeuer Special !
Without big words (because everyone is exhausted apart from the divers anyway): one of the best days ever. And that’s not just related to Egypt …
Wind from the south since breakfast, currently it’s still whistling. Larger umbrella in the air: 15m2, smallest kite 7m2. Various fitness trackers prescribe up to 20 hours of recovery.

When we find the time, we use the winter months for scouting and discovery trips and look for new destinations for our kite trips.
At the moment our schedule looks like we will get another trip going at the end of January!
