SUP Yoga - Namaste, Stand-Up Paddler
Early in the morning, the beach is still empty and the water calm - in the east the sun slowly begins its daily migration and the world wakes up.
As part of this scenery, we celebrate the start of the day with a round of SUP yoga - on and with the stand up paddle board and in a group with a maximum of 8 participants, we set off for harmony between body, mind and soul.
To do this, we rely on a mix of exercises for body & mind: tension & relaxation of the muscles, meditation and breathing exercises bring you right into the moment and out of everyday life.
Up to this point our SUP yoga does not differ noticeably from yoga without SUP - however, our course takes place entirely on the water! You will get a special yoga SUP board from Indiana for the course and we will paddle to our docking island, where we will anchor the boards and then listen to our yoga instructor pointing towards the center of the island.
- When: in good weather always on Sundays; from mid-June to the end of August also on Wednesdays
- Time: it starts in the morning before the hustle and bustle by arrangement, the target is 8:30 a.m. - earlier in the main season.
- Length of time: min. 75min
- Cost: 25 € / person
- Meeting point: Camping site Loissin at the PaddelBar.
Further dates are also possible by arrangement. If the conditions are too windy / wavy, we will switch to a place near the beach.
