Strange. According to the calendar, today is 12/31/2022. But it feels like the year has only just begun… or has it really been 12 months since we started thinking about 2021? Probably, also according to the internet it is 31.12.2022 – and the internet never lies 😊
Finnish Lapland is a place of natural beauty and wonder, with the northern lights dancing across the sky and the north wind blowing across the tundra. The locals are friendly and hospitable and the food is delicious. It’s the year 2023 and hopefully the world has moved a bit in the direction of “plannable trips” – in 2022 we had to cancel our appointments for Lapland at short notice due to Omikron.
The good news: The new dates for all of our snowkite trips to Lapland in February 2023 are online! Secure your place in our log cabin in Northern Finland now!
Time4Action – Dates 2023 online
We are going to Lapland for a total of 2 weeks in February 2023:
04.02.-11.02.2023
11.02.-18.02.2023
You can find all information about our trips 2022/2023 here .
Remember: the snow kiting season is getting shorter and shorter in Finland too. We therefore recommend that you book your place in our log cabin as soon as possible, in 2022 the last places to Lapland were booked out very quickly.

It won’t be easy, but we can at least try: the Egypt Kitecamp is not known for a lot of residual energy in the evening. And if we miss a day, please check us out 🙂 Read more “Travel blog Egypt day 1”

So that was it, the first week – in a few hours the first guest of our 2019 Egypt kitecamp is on the way home, but the next guest arrives again shortly afterwards. The first calm was there – after 34 days of kite wind … and despite the forecast of light winds and calm we were kiting again for the last few days. We think that’s a pretty good result – and has kept us on our toes since the last post 🙂 The group size is currently 11 people, today and tomorrow are still coming Read more “Egypt travel blog – sandstorm doldrums”
